About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving business throughout the independent grocery and route channels, whilst also managing relationships with state-based distributors. Having both VIC and TAS responsibility, you will have ownership over driving new business initiatives, maintaining existing customer relationships, activating in-store promotions and selling in new lines. Your expert product and market knowledge will set yourself apart from your competitors.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have sales representative or territory management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally managing independent and/or route customers. You will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly with customers, accompanied with exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You will be results orientated and thrive off working in a team environment!
