About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key group of hardware customers, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth through the B2B and independent retail channel. Working with both distributors and end users, you will be tasked with upselling, strategic account planning and reporting. You will have an input on quarterly and annual business planning that will be in in line with national strategy objectives as you will be essentially 'running your own business' in a collaborative wider team. This role would suit someone who enjoys a blended role of new business and account management!
Skills & Experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a Territory Manager / Sales Representative or Account Manager either within construction, consumer goods, hardware or trade industry. With proven reationship building skills in a solution based sales environment. You will have outstanding communication, analytical, negotiation and planning skills, accompanied with strong financial and commercial acumen. A passion for the industry will see you succeed in this role.
