My client is a market leading FMCG business who represent a portfolio of brands focusing on health and nutrition. The business prides itself on their ability to drive credibility and education within the category and seeks to always be at the forefront of industry trends. With a number of growth opportunities planned for the future, they are now looking for a Territory Manager to join the Victorian team.
About the role
Reporting to the National Field Manager, your key responsibility will be to establish and maintain your call cycle through the independent grocery and pharmacy channels. You will be required to build and maintain strong partnerships within your territory, as well as maximising existing business and identifying new business opportunities through regular call cycles. Your responsibilities will include, driving in store promotions, activating merchandising initiatives, conducting in store education and training and up selling where you can.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally Tertiary qualified in business or a related field
- FMCG field sales experience, ideally within pharmacy and/or independent grocery
- Outstanding communication, planning and analytical skills
- An ability to work autonomously and manage your time efficiently
