Their high-quality brands can be found in over 40+ countries, and they have significant presence throughout the grocery, pharmacy and DDS retailers. Their investment towards category, marketing and customer management has led to strong YOY growth, and as a result they are now looking for a Trade Activation Specialist to join their team in Melbourne.
About the role:
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with identifying growth and development opportunities across Australia for their brands. This will include you leading the analytics across market and category data to generate recommendations for the sales teams, whilst also partnering with key shopper and research agencies to leverage shopper activity and understanding. This role is also responsible for managing POS activation requirements and in-store campaign execution, including product tracking, evaluating promotional performance and compliance management.
Skills & experience:
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Trade Marketing, Activation, Category or Analytics experience from within the FMCG, consumer goods or retail industry. Ideally degree qualified, you will have had experience utilising data sources such as IRI/Nielsen or Quantium and have a strong understanding of the value of trade marketing and category. You will possess exceptional communication, financial and commercial capability, and have excellent written and time management skills.
