About the role:

This role reports into the Visual Merchandising Manager ANZ and works closely with the VM Coordinator to support the promotional print and production and campaigns of VM materials, and drive collaboration within the VM team to meet in-store launch. The VM Specialist is the link between the studio and the VM team, and manages creative briefings with agencies through to print production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and maintain the VM Calendar with the VM Coordinator, in line with key campaigns and promotional launches
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Marketing team, Store teams, Retail Operations and PIT
  • Ensure briefing deadlines meet campaign and promotional deadlines in stores
  • Assist the VM Manager with briefs, allocations and ensuring VM materials are produced and dispatched in a timely manner
  • Assist in planning installations and workshops for seasonal campaigns

Key attributes required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role
  • Proficiency/understanding of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Prior experience briefing with studios and printers
  • Background/experience in the retail industry is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of domestic and global VM trends is desirable
