Job Description

Our client, a large, well known retailer is currently seeking a warehouse supervisor for a 3pm -10pm shift in Western Sydney. You would supervise the outbound shift, consolidating pallets, wrapping and storing to be collected the follow day, leading a team of approx. 10 -15 people.


  • Manage daily operational activities within area of distribution centre operations
  • Supervise your team daily ensuring duties are completed in a timely, safe manner and to customer service levels
  • Manage daily capacity and service levels within the DC's
  • Ensure that goods are received and replenished accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure safe and efficient consolidation and staging area operations
  • Manage outbound freight Matrixes within budget
  • Ensure audits and reporting accuracy is maintained
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures are understood and adhered to by self and all DC Team Members and relevant parties in operational area
  • Highlight operational improvement opportunities and efficiencies and develop strategies to improve where possible


  • Previous supervisor experience within a warehouse, logistics or inventory environment
  • Passionate about leadership and wants to improve team performance
  • Good working knowledge of best practise health and safety
  • Intermediate user in excel
  • Experienced with WMS system or ERP
