Research Manager

Alisa joined Six Degrees Executive in 2023 as Research Manager within the Executive Search team. She supports permanent Executive and C-suite appointments nationally, working alongside Client Partners to identify, map and engage senior leadership talent.

With a background in business and human resource management, Alisa specialises in candidate sourcing, market mapping, succession risk insight and competitor intelligence. Her work is critical for each executive search process, and underpins complex executive briefs, ensuring search processes are thorough, strategic and informed by deep market research.

Alisa brings precision, curiosity and discretion to every assignment. She understands that executive search requires both rigour and relationship - balancing detailed research with thoughtful engagement of senior leaders.

Outside of work, Alisa is an avid AFL supporter, loves travelling and values time with family and friends.
