James joined Six Degrees Executive in Sydney in 2023 and specialises in Sales recruitment across Business-to-Business organisations. With over seven years’ recruitment experience across international markets, he partners with mid-level professionals and senior leaders across permanent appointments. His focus spans Sales Directors, National and State Sales Managers, Business Development and Key Account leadership roles, strengthening commercial capability across industrial and service environments.
James brings pace, structure and strong stakeholder engagement to each conversation, ensuring expectations are aligned early and delivery remains disciplined throughout the process. He believes strong recruitment is built on clarity, follow-through and mutual accountability.
Outside of work, James enjoys football, reading and exploring Sydney’s hospitality scene.
