Jessicah joined Six Degrees Executive in 2024 and specialises in contract and permanent recruitment across the Queensland Government and public sector. She partners with departments and agencies to appoint talent across corporate services, administration, executive support, project coordination, program delivery and grants management.
With experience spanning high-volume recruitment, public sector environments and workforce management, Jessicah brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to every conversation. She understands the compliance, governance and pace required in government hiring and works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure clarity, responsiveness and alignment from the outset. Her background in sales, coaching and mentoring enables her to take a collaborative approach, balancing immediate workforce needs with longer-term career progression for candidates.
Outside of work, Jessicah enjoys film photography, exploring Brisbane’s food scene and spending time with her partner and two cats.
