Kaylene joined Six Degrees Executive in Brisbane in 2025 and specialises in senior Sales and Marketing appointments across FMCG, Retail and Not-for-profit organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across permanent recruitment, supporting businesses to strengthen revenue performance, brand capability and commercial growth.
Drawing on five years’ experience across marketing, communications and corporate functions within the public sector, Kaylene brings a thoughtful and commercially aware lens to talent strategy, workforce planning and executive search. She understands how customer, brand and engagement functions influence broader business outcomes and works closely with leaders to identify capability that drives both performance and culture.
Kaylene is known for her clarity, discipline and relationship-led approach. She builds trust quickly and navigates complex stakeholder environments with confidence, ensuring hiring decisions are aligned to long-term value for both organisations and candidates.
Outside of work, Kaylene enjoys early morning gym sessions, beach trips and exploring Brisbane’s food scene, often balancing a busy recruitment week with time outdoors.
