Nick joined Six Degrees Executive in 2025 as an Executive Consultant within the Sydney Marketing, Digital & Technology team. He partners with organisations across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Services to appoint mid-level professionals and senior leaders who shape the organisations digital capability.
With close to two decades in the Australian digital recruitment market, Nick brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of helping businesses build high-performing digital teams. Over his career, he has worked across the full digital landscape, supporting appointments across eCommerce, digital marketing, UX/UI, project delivery and broader transformation roles. This breadth of experience gives him a practical view on how digital experts operate, lead and influence in fast-moving environments.
Nick is known for balancing pace with precision. He takes the time to understand the context behind each conversation and focuses on connections that strengthen capability and culture, long term.
Outside of work, Nick is a proud partner and father. You’ll usually find him with his kids, surfing, riding his motorcycle or practising meditation - the contrast works for him!
