Rachel is a highly experienced recruitment professional with 13 years’ experience in both the UK and Australia. She has led several high performing teams operating within large blue-chip multinational environments as well as boutique start-ups, built from the ground up.     

A Marketing and Business Management graduate, Rachel came into recruitment with eight years industry experience gained in advertising and sponsorship agencies. This affords Rachel a depth of understanding of marketing and sales’ capabilities at all levels, and exactly what is required for a team who are seeking new talent. 

Her track record highlights include successfully supporting with high profile pieces of work at GM level as well as senior functional heads, including Regional Marketing Director, CMO, Sales Director and Heads of Digital roles.

Rachel is passionate about supporting people with solving problems, whether that is a client’s need for talent in their team, a candidate who is searching for their dream role, or a team member who is striving for the next level in their career.  

When Rachel isn’t using her experience to find ideal talent, she can be found running around after her two young daughters or cooking up a storm for her friends and family, as a keen chef and self confessed foodie! Rachel’s can-do attitude is summed up in her favourite entrepreneurial quote from Henry Ford, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
