Rachel joined Six Degrees Executive in 2020 and leads the Sydney Marketing, Digital, Communications & Corporate Affairs practice. She partners with organisations across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG, Retail, Government, Healthcare, Education and Not-for-profit to appoint mid-level through to Executive and C-suite leaders.

Before moving into recruitment, Rachel built eight years of experience within marketing and advertising agencies, giving her a practical understanding of the commercial and creative pressures marketing teams face. With more than two decades in recruitment across the UK and Australia, she has led high-performing teams in both multinational and start-up environments.

Rachel specialises in senior leadership appointments across brand, digital, communications and marketing transformation. She is known for her ability to understand the nuance behind each conversation - weather it's the business stage, stakeholder expectations or growth ambitions.

Outside of work, Rachel is a mum of two and a passionate home cook who channels her creativity into private catering, with her own chilli oil production on the side.
