    Healthscope Mental Health Services provide private mental health care for patients across 12 clinics nationally. They are one of Australia's largest private mental health service, renowned for their inpatient and outpatient services.

    About the role

    The growth of Healthscope's Mental Health Services is a strategic priority and this role will support the realisation of this plan by developing and delivering a brand, campaign and marketing strategy to drive growth of mental health services nationally. Key components of this are building the brand, driving campaigns for growth and local area marketing planning and implementation.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and working with the National Manager, Mental Health, this newly created role is designed with a focus on developing marketing campaign strategies and delivery, aligned to strategic business growth objectives and providing a tangible ROI on activity in relation to Healthscope's Mental Health services. The Marketing Advisor will:

    • Lead the development of an overarching brand strategy across the Mental Health business and applicable to every one of the 12 clinics across the country.
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns thinking 'digital first' and about ROI to deliver Healthscope Mental Health business growth.
    • Lead the development of a website platform for Healthscope Mental Health which supports conversion, including development of engaging content.
    • Assess and coordinate upgraded content and channels for Healthscope digital platforms to enhance communication to and from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support each and every one of Healthscope's 12 Mental Health Clinics with prioritised local area marketing activity.
    • Using dashboards and reporting, develop and implement a prioritisation plan by creating a formula to tactically deliver marketing objectives.
    • Assist in the development of the annual strategic marketing planning process and the generation of key marketing deliverables for Healthscope in support of its strategy. This includes defining key priorities and areas of focus, key segments and articulating activities to deliver against desired measures and objectives.

    Skills & Experience

    To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in brand management in addition to the following:

    • Extensive marketing and campaign management experience, including digital marketing.
    • A strong understanding of the mental health sector in Australia would be advantageous.
    • Experience developing and delivering brand and marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering local area marketing plans.
    • Effective communication at all levels within an organisation in written and verbal form.
    • A track record in developing successful campaign and channel strategies including use of data and insights to direct marketing activity and generate ROI.
    • Strong digital marketing capability across campaigns and website management
    • Thorough understanding of above, below and through the line marketing strategies, for segment-specific and mass-market, including integration of digital, social, campaign, sales and production processes.
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, creating marketing dashboards and using CRM data to make insights-led decisions.
    • Significant experience and demonstrated success in managing relationships with external suppliers including design and production teams.
    • Proven ability in servicing a complex and diverse range of stakeholder needs simultaneously including, Senior Leaders, Peers.
    • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business and/or commerce.
