About the role

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, the Coles National Account Manager is responsible for managing their 2 largest categories whilst also managing a National Account Executive in Melbourne. You will have ownership of the development of business plans including P&L management and forecasting, and you will collaborate with the wider category team on range reviews and developing robust category stories to drive growth. This role will also be actively involved in driving NPD projects.

About you

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager in the FMCG industry, ideally within Coles, however we are open to Woolworths. Your strength will be your attention to detail, commercial acumen and financial capability, accompanied with an understanding of what best proactive category management looks like. An ability to coach and mentor is also required.
