About the Company

Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing player in the hardware space, with a strong eCommerce foundation and a reputation for quality and innovation. After a record year of online sales, they’re now entering a new phase of growth scaling their direct-to-consumer (DTC) offering and building a high-performing digital function from the ground up.  

About the Role
This newly created role is a rare opportunity to take ownership of digital acquisition and performance marketing strategy in a business poised for scale. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll lead the charge in building out and executing digital campaigns, optimising across key channels including Meta, Google, and email, and driving growth across all digital touchpoints. You'll have the freedom to shape and scale a DTC channel that’s already delivering, with the resources and autonomy to take it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer acquisition through paid search (Google), paid social (Meta), and performance media campaigns
  • Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies to grow DTC revenue
  • Own the day-to-day management of digital channels, including SEM, SEO, email, and retargeting
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI
  • Build and scale always-on and campaign-led activity across key digital platforms
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver results at pace
  • Lead and grow a future team to support the scaling of the eCommerce channel
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or eCommerce
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling DTC or digital acquisition strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and/or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial action
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something from the ground up
  • Mandarin-speaking ability would be advantageous
