About the role
Reporting into the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll be the go-to for media buying across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Working within a hybrid operating model alongside the agency partner. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
You'll thrive in a dynamic weekly trading cycle and be responsible for managing budgets, testing creative, and optimising performance based on data-driven insights. You’ll also play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration with CRM, content, and brand to ensure campaign alignment and impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
  • Manage ad budgets, maximising efficiency across CPA, ROAS, and CLV metrics.
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to refine campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with CRM and content teams on aligned targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Partner with external agency on strategy and day-to-day campaign management.
  • Stay across platform updates, algorithm changes, and new channel opportunities.
  • Engage actively in weekly performance reporting and Sunday–Monday peak trading periods.
Skills & experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes and optimising campaign metrics.
  • Agency background preferred but not essential – must be comfortable staying on the tools.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to engage during high-performance periods, including weekend reporting.
