Bringing to market first of its kind technology with tbh Skincare and dermatologically tested serums with Boost Lab, their products are in demand and gaining momentum globally. Led by tbh Skincare founder Rachael Wilde, the Marketing team are key to the brand’s success with their targeted content strategies and omnichannel campaigns.
About the Role
The Head of Brand for tbh Skincare will lead a team of three across campaigns and content, and report into the CMO/Founder of the brand. This person will lead the overall brand strategy through D2C and retail channels and ensure TOV and visuals are consistent across all channels. The tbh Skincare strategy is heavily content led, so this person will be using content channels and influencer marketing as a competitive edge for storytelling and engaging the community to drive conversion. The Head of Brand will influence NPD and work closely with R&D and Ops teams to ensure product development is aligned with the brand and will also have an input in presenting range reviews to retailers in Australia and internationally.

About You
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Beauty/Skincare experience within a fast-moving brand, ideally having been involved in a significant growth trajectory.
- In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, specifically TikTok. You must be personally invested in social platforms and get ahead of the curve when it comes to content and trends.
- Experience managing NPD projects from end-to-end, working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- People management experience and the ability to lead a content team.
- Understand pharmacy and grocery retail environments, exposure to international retailers will be beneficial.
