About the Role
The Campaign Lead for Boost Lab will manage end-to-end brand campaigns across PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, activations and earned media. The purpose of this role is to create impactful brand moments that drive awareness and bring the brand story to life. The Campaign Lead will plan and execute new product launches, brand collaborations and retail activations, working closely with content and trade marketing teams to bring to life. You will own campaign ideation and work alongside PR agencies across different markets, identifying brand ambassadors and influencer partners. You will monitor campaign performance and ROI, using insights to inform future decisions.

About You
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Experience in a campaign, partnership or PR role either brand or agency side, ideally within beauty otherwise aligned industries such as lifestyle, fashion or consumer goods.
- Experience running end-to-end influencer campaigns, identifying ambassadors and managing talent agencies.
- Ability to come up with creative ideas, thinking outside the box whilst understanding the customer to create targeted campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail when it comes to campaign execution and the ability to work at a fast pace with lots of moving parts.
