About the Role
This is a 14-month fixed-term contract.
This role focuses on growing customer usage of a specific product suite. You’ll plan and deliver marketing campaigns that align the product to customer needs, using data and research to find the right audiences and channels.
With a strong digital and content development background, you’ll make insight-led decisions that drive uptake and retention, always with ROI in mind. Success will be measured by customer engagement and loyalty. The role is high-profile and requires excellent stakeholder management skills, with plenty of opportunity to both challenge and be challenged.

About You
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is advantageous.
- Proven experience in product or growth marketing, ideally within digital or financial services or educational services
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels of the business
- Confident using customer insights, segmentation, and analytics to drive decision-making
