About the Role 
My client is a leading name in Australian fashion retail and they are looking for a sharp, creative and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns. This is a key role within their in-house marketing team, based full-time at the South Yarra office. 
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy across search and social, manage EDMs and organic content, and play a hands-on role in growing brand visibility, engagement, and ROI across all digital channels.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Paid Search & Social Campaigns
  • Plan, implement and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other emerging platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop high-performing visuals and short-form video assets
  • Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to maximise ROAS and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage paid media budgets, track spend, and adjust allocations based on performance
Content Creation & Social Media Management
  • Develop content across organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), blog, and email that supports overall marketing strategy
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and brand alignment
  • Plan, brief, and execute weekly EDMs in collaboration with the design team
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimised, on-brand, user-friendly and accessible across platforms
Campaign Performance & Analytics
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tools to track and report on digital performance
  • Deliver regular reporting with actionable insights and data-backed recommendations
  • Identify trends and content opportunities to refine and scale what’s working
  • Contribute to initiatives that increase audience engagement, community growth, and customer retention
  • Monitor and manage online sentiment, supporting brand reputation through thoughtful and timely digital interactions

What You’ll Need
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3yrs experience in a performance marketing or digital advertising role
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in content creation, SEO, and email marketing
  • Strong campaign reporting and analytics skills
Technical Skills
  • Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics, UTM tracking, SEO knowledge
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
  • Experience with social scheduling tools and pixel/event tracking is a plus
