About the Role:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most significant clients across the pharmaceutical, freight-forwarding and logistics space. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their strategic objectives and identifying opportunities where solutions can deliver significant value. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional relationship management and business development skills.

You are a highly motivated and experienced account management professional with a proven track record of success in building and growing strategic accounts, ideally within the pharmaceutical or logistics industry. You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate deep and strategic relationships with key stakeholders within assigned global pharmaceutical accounts, understanding their business priorities, challenges, and long-term goals.
- Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the businesses footprint within existing strategic accounts, introducing new solutions and services to meet evolving needs.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of the business’s solutions, demonstrating how our active temperature-controlled containers contribute to supply chain efficiency, product integrity, and sustainability.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead the negotiation and management of complex contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the business’ strategic objectives.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
You are a highly motivated and experienced account management professional with a proven track record of success in building and growing strategic accounts, ideally within the pharmaceutical or logistics industry. You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in strategic account management, key account management, or business development, with a focus on large, complex organisations.
- A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the importance of temperature-controlled logistics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
