About the Role
This is a pivotal role for an experienced UX professional who thrives in purpose-driven environments and enjoys shaping digital experiences that make a tangible impact. You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Drupal-based digital platforms, championing UX best practices and leading continuous improvement across web and mobile touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, design, and management of responsive, accessible web and digital platforms
  • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to inform design decisions
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and digital interfaces aligned with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Manage Drupal CMS development and integration with CRM, LMS, and other core systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless digital solutions
  • Use analytics and user feedback to continuously optimise the digital experience
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in web and digital UX roles with a strong design portfolio
  • Proven hands-on experience with Drupal CMS (theming, modules, configuration)
  • Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), service design, and responsive UX principles
  • Experience integrating platforms such as Salesforce, LMS, or service delivery systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a strategic eye for quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Web Development, HCI, or a related field (preferred)

  • Hybrid model – 2 days in the Ringwood office (Monday & Thursday), 3 days WFH
