About the Business

Key Responsibilities:
End Users, Distributors, Manufacturers: You’ll be managing it all, from building out relationships with local chefs to managing high-value distributors and uncovering new manufacturing opportunities.
- Working closely with Senior Leadership to create and execute the state-level sales strategy across QLD, aligned with national business goals
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across distributors, manufacturers, and end users
- Manage and grow key accounts including major healthcare groups, institutional buyers, and QSR players
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support new product launches, customer trade shows, and solution-led selling
- Maintain an active call cycle and field presence across QLD, with regular travel throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and occasional trips to North Queensland as required.
- Conduct regular sales reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback to national leadership
- Act as the local expert on QLD market conditions, customer trends, and regional opportunities

- Experience across the foodservice channel, ideally touching both distributors and end-users
- Someone who gets the complexity of foodservice, from pricing pressure to procurement pain points
- Strong commercial acumen, backed by resilience, initiative, and a touch of hustle
