About the Role
The Retail Partnerships Manager is a strategic leadership position, created to elevate the way they engage and partner with in-centre retailers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you’ll collaborate across digital, product, planning, and leasing functions, as well as work hands-on in national campaign delivery. You’ll lead the role into its next phase of growth and impact.

About the Role
The Retail Partnerships Manager is a strategic leadership position, created to elevate the way they engage and partner with in-centre retailers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you’ll collaborate across digital, product, planning, and leasing functions, as well as work hands-on in national campaign delivery. You’ll lead the role into its next phase of growth and impact.
Summary of Duties:
- Build, maintain, and deepen retailer relationships, supporting brands and driving national campaign engagement
- Develop and deliver impactful retail partner engagement programs to support in-centre and B2C marketing success
- Lead proactive, insight-driven meetings and planning sessions, using key data and consumer insights to enhance retail integration in major campaigns
- Collaborate with campaign, leasing, and brand teams to deliver high-impact pitch decks, presentations, and bespoke collateral
- Implement process improvements to build a more proactive partnership team, introducing templates, education, and workflow enhancements (including platform upgrades)
- Automate and improve processes where possible, introducing innovative approaches where relevant
- Manage and develop the Retail Partnerships Coordinator, providing clear feedback, coaching, and professional growth opportunities
- Support leasing through event activations, online centre tours, and tailored collateral for brand attraction and retention
- Demonstrated experience building and managing retailer relationships in large, dynamic, and fast-paced environments (retail, shopping centres or adjacent industries)
- Proven campaign and partnership management expertise able to connect strategy across marketing, retail, and leasing for maximum impact
- Confident in presenting, educating, and influencing internal and external stakeholders, including commercial personalities, with resilience and professionalism
- Comfortable working with data, insights, and reporting tools; strong bias for proactive engagement and process improvement
- Experienced in managing and developing team capability, with a leadership style that combines care, clarity, and empathy
- Creative, adaptable, and mature approach able to move from high-level planning to hands-on campaign activation
- Excellent communication, project management, and process creation skills; adept in template and workflow design
- Experience in commercial media sales or retail media regarded as highly desirable
