Reporting to the Head of Industry and Markets, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Queensland and help shape national initiatives. You will lead campaigns, partnerships, events, content and digital programs, and act as the senior marketing contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. This role suits a proactive leader who enjoys autonomy, variety and measurable impact.

Key Accountabilities
  • Strategy and planning | Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals. Set objectives, budgets and KPIs, and report on ROI.
  • Integrated campaigns | Lead multi-channel campaigns from proposition and messaging through to delivery and optimisation across digital, social, web, thought leadership and PR.
  • Sponsorships and partnerships | Own the sponsorship portfolio. Evaluate opportunities, negotiate deliverables, ensure brand alignment and measure outcomes.
  • Events and client engagement | Lead end-to-end delivery of flagship client events and programs, including speaker curation, guest strategies, collateral and on-the-day execution.
  • Content and brand | Guide content calendars and on-brand assets with design and digital specialists. Maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • CRM and marketing systems | Oversee campaign lists, segmentation and post-event journeys. Champion data quality and reporting to drive pipeline visibility.
  • Stakeholder leadership | Partner with senior leaders and practice heads. Translate commercial priorities into marketing actions and influence decision making.
  • Team and vendor leadership | Coach a small team and manage agencies to deliver quality, on time and to budget.
  • Continuous improvement | Uplift processes, templates and ways of working to improve speed, compliance and effectiveness.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or similar.
  • 6 to 10 years in B2B marketing, ideally in corporate or professional services, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns, events and partnerships.
  • Proven stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence senior non-marketing audiences.
  • Strong digital acumen across web, social, analytics and SEO principles. CRM exposure highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, project leadership and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and comfort balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Impact in the First 6 Months
  • Deliver a regional marketing plan with clear KPIs and reporting rhythm.
  • Execute two to three integrated campaigns with measurable client engagement outcomes.
  • Optimise the sponsorship calendar and event program to improve ROI.
  • Establish a consistent post-event and thought-leadership nurture in the CRM.
