We’re partnering with a well-established Australian business undergoing exciting transformation in their sales and service function, and they’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent role based at their local branch on Brisbane’s northside.
About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service, handling enquiries, processing orders and building strong internal and external relationships. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-based environment and loves creating positive customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage incoming calls and email enquiries with a friendly and solutions-focused approach
- Provide product and service support, including order processing and troubleshooting
- Follow up on quotes and enquiries to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and issue resolution
- Process returns, manage credit applications and update records accurately
- Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication
- Support sales initiatives by ensuring enquiries are followed through and resolved efficiently
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior customer service experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer service systems (experience with ERP systems is highly regarded)
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to cross-train and support the broader team
