About the Role
The Retail Product Trainer will spend msot of their time out on the road visiting stores acting as a Brand Ambassador, training frontline sales teams, and helping them understand how to sell and support the brand’s product range. You’ll have a structured store list to work through, focusing on top-performing outlets in Sydney and across NSW. The Retail Product Trainer will need to understand the techncial capabilities of the product, and make complex technical information engaging and easy to understand. You will build strong relationships with retail partners at store level, and ensure they are equipped to sell the products effectively and confident to represent the brand to customers.
About You
You must be a strong people person with the ability to build strong relationships and make technical content easy to understand. You’re a strong presenter who enjoys teaching and connecting with people, whether you’re training one-on-one or speaking to a team, and must be confident delivering training to a group. A technical background is beneficial, otherwise you must have an interest in tehcnical products and able to pick things up quickly. You will be willing to travel around Sydney/further afield to visit a high volume of stores, ensuring larger accounts are prioritised and support is provided to any under performing stores.
This is a fully remote role with monthly travgel required to Melbourne to spend time with the broader team. The local team will grow over time as the company have exciting growth plans.
