About the Role
Reporting to the Loyalty & Retention Manager and working within a collaborative team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution and loyalty program operations. Your focus will be on driving member engagement, renewals, and reactivation through targeted, data-driven marketing activity.

About the Role
Reporting to the Loyalty & Retention Manager and working within a collaborative team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution and loyalty program operations. Your focus will be on driving member engagement, renewals, and reactivation through targeted, data-driven marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end campaigns across email, SMS, and push, using a marketing automation platform (Iterable experience advantageous).
- Manage the direct marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are relevant, timely, and aligned with business goals.
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys, including welcome, renewal, and lapsed member flows.
- Segment audiences and run A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
- Oversee day-to-day loyalty program operations, ensuring database accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns and loyalty offers.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, recommending actions to improve performance.
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, or loyalty program delivery.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with data-driven campaign optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident working autonomously.
- Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage
- Hybrid work model – typically 3 days in the office (Tues–Thurs).
