At Six Degrees Executive, we’re currently partnering with a long-standing Australian-owned business that’s been delivering high-quality products and service. They’re an industry leader in industrial hardware and seating solutions, supplying into key sectors such as transport, marine, and industrial manufacturing, both locally and internationally. With a strong customer-first culture and a reputation for reliability, they’re now looking to appoint a Customer Service Representative to join their Wetherill Park branch.
This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and solutions-focused service, while also supporting key internal teams across sales, logistics, and operations. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and account requests using internal systems
- Liaise closely with internal departments to support order fulfilment and resolve issues
- Manage product and delivery queries with a solutions-focused approach
- Assist with tracking shipments, organising returns, and troubleshooting delays
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/ERP systems
- Support customers with product knowledge and escalate complex queries as required
- Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, MS Office Suite)
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset
- Confidence in handling phone-based communication and resolving customer issues
- A team player who brings positivity and initiative to their role
