The Opportunity As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. You will design the growth plan, create and champion a clear narrative, and roll up your sleeves to deliver campaigns, content and events that build authentic credibility and community. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Positioning | Define and implement a long-term marketing strategy that cements category leadership and drives sustainable growth.
- Content and Campaigns | Build a writing-led content engine spanning thought leadership, case studies and short-form video. Ship weekly and monthly cadence across digital channels.
- Events and Engagement | Design and deliver flagship events and roundtables that convene senior industry leaders, policymakers and investors.
- Digital and Brand | Lead digital presence, SEO, performance, social and measurement. Safeguard brand integrity across commercial and NFP activity.
- Programs and Partnerships (NFP) | Market a flagship pathways program to government, corporates and philanthropists, including impact reporting and funding campaigns.
- 8–12+ years in marketing, brand or growth roles in B2B, services or impact-oriented environments
- Exceptional writer across long-form and short-form, with a portfolio of high-quality content
- Proven delivery of high-profile campaigns and executive-level events
- Strong digital capability across SEO, content, social and analytics
- Experience engaging government and philanthropic stakeholders is desirable
- Entrepreneurial, values-led leader who is strategic and hands-on
- Build a marketing function from the ground up with genuine executive sponsorship
- Shape a category and do work that delivers measurable business outcomes and social impact
- Autonomy, clarity of mission and the opportunity to hire and grow a small team over time
