We have partnered exclusively with My Muscle Chef to help build their Brand team in an exciting period of growth. The business combines innovation, nutrition, and flavour to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of consumers through both D2C and retail channels. They offer individual meals, meal plans to suit customers goals, and a meal kits proposition through the brand Chef Good. They are a fast-paced, collaborative and performance-driven business, with a focus on creating products led by consumer-insights and putting their customer first. 

About the Role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support innovaiton pipelines and campaign activities across both My Muscle Chef and Chef Good brands, supporting their respective SBMs on projects. The ABM will work cross-functionally acoss the business to ensure projects are completed on time and effectively. The ABM will take ownership of packaging projects, GTM campaings and brand comms, brifeing in agencies where needed, and the responsibilities will shift between project management, and more creative marketing activities dependent on current business priorities. The role will be fast paced and you will be required to manage stakeholders, utilise consumer insights and contribute ideas to the Brand & Innovation team.

About You

You will have some experince in Brand marketing, at coordinator or ABM level within an FMCG or Consumer Goods business. Ideally you will have exposure to NPD and have excellent Porject Management capabilities, having lead your own small projects. An understanding of the Australian grocery landscape is an advantage, and you will bring experinece launching products into market through omnichannel campaigns to drive brand awareness. You must be a strong communicator, have excellent attention to detail and be able to use your initiative to keep projects moving. Experience utilising consumer insights is an advantage and you must be able to demonstrate how you've made customer focussed decisions on products or campaigns. This role is perfect for an ABM looking for exposure to a locally managed brand, where you'll be close to decision making, or an exec/coordinator from FMCG looking to step up.
