Celsius is a global powerhouse in the beverage landscape. Founded in the US and now the third-largest energy drink brand nationally, they’ve built a reputation around high-performance innovation, a health-conscious ethos and a fiercely loyal consumer base. Their ANZ growth is accelerating rapidly, and this role offers a rare opportunity to shape the brand’s local strategy during a key phase of scale and investment.

This Brand Manager role is fully remote, with the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland.

As Brand Manager, you’ll lead bold, high-impact strategies that build brand equity, lift consumer engagement and drive market share across ANZ. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll bring global brand positioning to life through campaigns, partnerships, community activation and product innovation.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and brings creative thinking, commercial clarity and a passion for lifestyle-led consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Shape and execute the annual ANZ brand plan, translating global strategy into powerful local storytelling.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, experiential and community channels.
  • Manage creative, media and production agency partners to deliver strong ROI and standout campaigns.
  • Build partnerships across fitness, sport, lifestyle and culture to deepen consumer relevance.
  • Collaborate with commercial, distributor and global teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Support and guide direct reports while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

What You’ll Bring 
  • 3+ years in FMCG, beverage or lifestyle marketing roles.
  • Strength in leading campaigns end-to-end, with proven agency and budget management experience.
  • Commercial and analytical capability, with confidence interpreting insights and data.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A passion for fitness, culture and energising consumer brands.
