You’ll join a small but mighty digital and brand team with strong creative and analytical capability. The environment is hands-on, energetic, and focused on building meaningful customer relationships through data, brand storytelling, and thoughtful experiences.

About the Role
As CRM Manager, you’ll own Henne’s end-to-end CRM, retention, and loyalty strategy. Your work will shape how customers discover the brand, engage with it, and return again and again.
You’ll design lifecycle journeys that drive LTV and repeat purchase, evolve the loyalty program into a community-led experience, and build deep segmentation that fuels smarter campaigns. You’ll partner with digital, brand, creative, and retail to unify customer data and create consistent customer experiences across every touchpoint.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where your decisions will directly influence revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Your remit includes
  • Defining and implementing lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and in-app
  • Evolving the loyalty program with the Brand Manager, focusing on emotional connection and community
  • Growing segmentation depth, active users, and campaign performance through actionable insights
  • Collaborating across teams to unify in-store and online data into a single customer view
  • Leading CRM-led success across major trade moments such as Black Friday and Boxing Day
Ideal Candidate

You’re an experienced CRM Manager from a premium retail, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand. You love using data to solve real problems, and you understand how to build loyalty beyond discounts.

You bring:

• Proven CRM experience in a premium retail, lifestyle, or DTC brand
• Strong understanding of lifecycle, segmentation, LTV, and retention
• Hands-on capability with Klaviyo and Yotpo
• Confidence reading and reporting on campaign performance
• Ability to manage agencies and internal stakeholders with commercial and creative empathy
• A strategic mindset, paired with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute

You understand the balance between data-led decision making and brand-focused storytelling, and you thrive in a founder-led environment with high energy around product drops, campaigns, and collaborations.
