With ANZ being one of their fastest-growing emerging regions, they are now strengthening their brand ecosystem through social storytelling, creator partnerships and community engagement.

This newly created fully remote Social & Talent Manager role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, thrives in fast-paced growth environments and knows how to build meaningful, high-impact creator communities. You’ll shape how Celsius shows up online, in culture and across the influencer and athlete landscape.

You’ll lead Celsius’ influencer, athlete and ambassador program across ANZ, creating a high-performing network of creators who authentically embody the brand. You’ll also own the strategic direction of social channels, ensuring the content, tone of voice and storytelling are aligned to global guidelines while remaining culturally relevant locally. Your work will directly influence brand presence, engagement and consumer acquisition across the region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment to global brand direction.
  • Lead influencer, athlete and celebrity partnerships end-to-end including outreach, vetting, negotiation, briefing and deliverable management.
  • Manage the ambassador program through gifting, events, activation and relationship-building.
  • Create engaging content for organic and paid channels, capturing real-time moments at select events.
  • Oversee daily community management including comments, DMs and timely engagement.
  • Manage budgets across social and talent programs, ensuring impactful use of spend.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise content, strategy and creator outputs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Support paid amplification strategies and manage paid social campaigns.

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience in social media leadership and content creation.
  • Proven track record managing influencers, athletes or ambassadors, including negotiation and relationship building.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and amplification strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting social metrics and insights.
  • Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly and embody a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience across consumer brands or multi-platform accounts is highly regarded.
