Part-Time Marketing Manager
Knoxfield, Melbourne | 3 days per week

A long-established Australian manufacturer and distributor in the plumbing and construction sector is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing function.
Operating nationally and supplying to plumbers inacross Australia and New Zealand, the business has built its reputation through strong industry relationships and a trusted product range. Marketing has historically been handled in a fragmented way, and the leadership team is now looking to bring in an experienced marketer to introduce structure, consistency and stronger brand visibility.

This is a standalone role suited to someone who enjoys owning marketing end-to-end. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales to improve how the business presents its products, communicates technical information and engages with customers across digital and trade channels.

The position is broad and practical. It will involve managing the company website, improving product information and documentation, creating installation and product videos, coordinating trade marketing collateral and supporting industry events and exhibitions. You’ll also help drive adoption of the company’s customer ordering portal and strengthen its digital presence across social and content platforms.

This opportunity would suit a B2B marketer with experience in manufacturing, construction, trade or industrial sectors. You’ll be comfortable operating independently, capable of managing both strategy and execution, and confident translating technical products into clear and engaging marketing content.

The Role
  • Manage and maintain the company website and product information
  • Develop product demonstrations, installation videos and technical content
  • Support rollout and adoption of the customer ordering portal
  • Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures and product materials
  • Manage social media and digital content initiatives
  • Support trade shows and industry marketing activities

About You
  • Experience in B2B marketing within manufacturing, trade, construction or industrial sectors
  • Hands with content creation, video editing and posting across websites and social media
  • Comfortable operating in a standalone marketing role
  • Able to translate technical product information into clear marketing content
  • Hands-on and pragmatic with a strong sense of ownership
