A leading provider of industrial power and energy solutions is seeking a Senior Digital and Campaign Marketing Specialist to join its Melbourne-based team and play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s marketing capability.
With more than 250 employees across Australia, the business delivers power generation and energy infrastructure solutions to sectors including defence, utilities, mining, healthcare and data centres. The organisation is currently evolving its positioning from a traditional equipment supplier to a strategic energy solutions partner, helping customers improve reliability, operational uptime and transition toward more sustainable energy systems.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Campaign Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple industry sectors and commercial divisions.
Working closely with senior leadership, sales teams and external agencies, the role will help drive campaign execution, digital marketing performance and lead generation activity.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the organisation’s marketing strategy
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across both sales and rental divisions
  • Managing campaign delivery from briefing through to execution and reporting
  • Working with external digital agencies across search, programmatic and paid media activity
  • Supporting lead generation campaigns aligned to priority industry sectors and regional markets
  • Managing CRM and marketing automation activity through Salesforce and Pardot
  • Assisting with email marketing and lead nurturing programs
  • Developing marketing content including case studies, campaign messaging and LinkedIn content
  • Conducting competitor research and industry analysis to support campaign targeting
This is a hands-on marketing role that offers exposure across campaign development, digital marketing and strategic initiatives.
 
The Team
You will be joining a collaborative marketing team responsible for communications, events, campaign coordination and lead management, while working closely with stakeholders across sales and regional branches.
The role also involves working with external digital and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
 
About You
You will likely bring experience in B2B marketing environments and enjoy working across both campaign delivery and marketing strategy.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in B2B marketing, ideally within industrial, engineering, infrastructure or technical sectors
  • Is comfortable coordinating digital campaigns and working with external agencies
  • Has experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Pardot
  • Can translate technical products or services into clear marketing messaging
  • Has strong writing and content development skills
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
