About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support production schedules. You will lead a small team, coordinate picking and assembly activities, and ensure accurate transaction processing using SAP. This role requires a proactive approach to operational challenges, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to step in and assist with operational tasks, including forklift operation. This is an on-site role in South-West Sydney, Monday to Friday starting at 6:00am, with potential for additional hours.

About You
The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in SAP from a warehouse and inventory perspective. You will have proven team leadership skills, particularly in environments that require change management and operational improvement. A hands-on approach, adaptability, and a strong safety mindset are essential. Forklift licence is required, and exposure to Lean or 5S methodologies will be highly regarded.
