They have a strong retail presence through grocery and pharmacy channels and are continuously introducing innovative products to the market across skincare and personal care categories. They have been endorsed by influencers and beauty editors and are continuing to grow their social media and online presence. They manufacture products both overseas and within Australia and have a focus on creating innovative products to meet their customers needs.
About the Role
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager on a broad rand of campaings and exciting projects. This person will be responsible for creating social content in line with trends across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook in both photo and video format. You will manage the content calendar and drive engagement with the audience through BTS content, Product launches and UGC. You'll also work with influencers, seeking out new partnerships and managing briefs and ongoing relationships. You'll also conduct post campaign performance tracking and monitor engagement on socials to provide monthly reports and work with the Marketing Manager on content strategy moving forward.
About You
This role is perfect for a Social Media guru with a passion for skincare! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a social media focussed role, either in-house or Agency. You must be passionate about creating content and keep up to date with trends across TikTok and Instagram. You must be capable of using in-app editing tools, or the likes of CapCut or Adobe to create short form videos, photos and reels. You must be comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it, and have an eye for detail to ensure everything remains on brand. Experience in PR/Influencer marketing is ideal, and exposure to brand campaigns, events and activations is beneficial!
