The business continues to invest in strengthening its procurement capability, with a growing focus on stakeholder engagement, commercial discipline and supplier performance across a broad indirect spend base.

The Opportunity
The Procurement Specialist will join an established procurement function based in the eastern suburbs, supporting a portfolio of indirect categories with a strong focus on the marketing category. The role will work closely with a wide stakeholder group across areas such as marketing, digital, IT, and Professional Services, ensuring suppliers, contracts and commercial arrangements deliver value and remain aligned to business objectives. This position will suit someone who already has a solid grounding in indirect procurement and is looking to continue developing their capability in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment. It offers a mix of hands-on sourcing, supplier management and stakeholder engagement, while also providing exposure to broader category strategy and procurement planning.

Key Areas of Focus
  • End-to-end sourcing and contract management across a portfolio of indirect categories
  • Supporting category initiatives, particularly across the marketing spend area
  • Managing supplier performance and strengthening commercial outcomes
  • Working closely with stakeholders to improve procurement engagement and consistency
  • Providing analysis and insight to support sourcing and supplier decisions
Skills and Experience Required
  • Around 3–5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally within indirect procurement
  • Exposure to the marketing category will be highly beneficial, particularly working with agencies, digital suppliers or media-related spend
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a wide stakeholder group
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and keen to continue developing their procurement career
  • Stakeholder engagement will be a core part of the position. The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships across the business, understand requirements clearly and ensure procurement is seen as a trusted and commercially focused partner.
