We are partnering with a well-established FMCG business with a strong presence across both retail and food channels. With a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and a reputation for quality and innovation, they are continuing to invest in growth and are now looking to appoint a Brand Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and is looking to step into a role with genuine ownership and long-term development. Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will take ownership of a key brand portfolio, driving brand performance across the Australian market. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally across sales, category and product teams.

- Developing and executing brand plans and marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives
- Managing end-to-end campaign delivery, including digital, in-store and trade activation
- Partnering closely with sales and category teams to drive performance across major retail channels
- Supporting new product development (NPD) from concept through to launch
- Managing budgets, timelines and external agency relationships
- Analysing brand and campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity
- Contributing to broader portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline
- Experience in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role within FMCG or consumer-led businesses
- Strong understanding of retail channels, particularly major grocery
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Confident working across both strategy and execution
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Exposure to end-to-end brand ownership and NPD
