Donor Direct Marketing Coordinator
3-Month Contract | $55 + super per hour
Location Melbourne | Hybrid Tues & Thurs in office 

We’re partnering with a leading Australian medical research and public health organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities, both locally and globally.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of donor growth, retention and engagement campaigns across direct mail, email, and social. Working closely with the Manager, Supporter Engagement team and team, you’ll coordinate the end of financial/tax campaign, donor journeys, manage campaign logistics and liaise with suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multi-channel donor campaigns and appeals
  • Support donor journeys including onboarding and retention
  • Manage BTL campaign production, timelines and supplier relationships with print and mail house
  • Prepare data briefs, support segmentation and work within CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Monitor performance, track key metrics and assist with reporting
  • Support digital and social campaigns, working closely with the digital experience team
About You
  • Experience in direct marketing and campaign coordination with print and mail house experience in the fundraising or not-for-profit industry is essential
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns and donor journeys
  • CRM experience with solid data and reporting capability
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
