The Business
Our client is a well established, product led organisation currently navigating an exciting period of transformation, growth, and operational change. With a strong presence across both local and international markets, the business operates in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment where innovation, agility, and continuous improvement sit at the heart of decision making. This is an opportunity to join a business where no two days look the same, and where individuals are given the autonomy to make a genuine impact from day one.
The Role
Reporting into the Supply leadership team, this contract opportunity will see you operating in a true hybrid role, combining supply planning responsibilities with end to end project and new product introduction activity. You will be responsible for managing supply continuity across an allocated portfolio, while simultaneously driving product launches, change initiatives, and cross functional projects through to execution. Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Quality, Packaging, and global manufacturing sites, you will proactively manage timelines, mitigate risks, solve problems, and ensure key business initiatives are delivered on time. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in a fast moving environment and enjoys balancing both strategic project work and day to day operational priorities.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful, you will bring proven supply planning experience within FMCG, consumer products, healthcare, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or another fast moving product environment, alongside genuine exposure to project management, product launches, NPI, commercialisation, or cross functional change initiatives. You will be commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and chase answers across both local and global stakeholder groups. Strong Excel and analytical capability will be important, however equally critical will be your energy, resilience, attention to detail, and ability to operate autonomously in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Six Degrees Executive acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live. We are also committed to equal opportunity and strive to promote diversity, inclusion, belonging, flexibility, and accessibility in all that we do.
Should you require assistance in your interactions with us or through a recruitment process, please let us know so we can provide adjustments for you.
