About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale electric vehicle (EV) fleet transition program within a fast-paced last-mile delivery environment.
This is a high-impact role responsible for coordinating the end-to-end rollout of a new fleet of electric delivery vehicles, including infrastructure readiness, operational integration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance across multiple internal and external partners.

You will play a key role in enabling a major step-change in fleet sustainability and operational performance, ensuring the successful transition from traditional fuel vehicles to an electrified delivery network.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of an EV fleet rollout program across the national network
  • Coordinate vehicle procurement, staging, deployment planning and operational integration
  • Manage dependencies across charging infrastructure, depot readiness and energy requirements
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across operations, maintenance, safety, finance and network planning
  • Manage external partners including OEMs, fleet providers, infrastructure vendors and installation contractors
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, RAID logs and governance reporting
  • Support site readiness assessments and ensure operational readiness prior to deployment
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring minimal disruption to last-mile operations
  • Track program progress and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption by operational teams
 
About You
You are a delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in fleet, transport, logistics or infrastructure programs.
 
You will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering complex operational or infrastructure projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors and third-party providers
  • Strong planning, governance and reporting capability
  • Understanding of fleet operations, transport networks or last-mile logistics (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to EV infrastructure, charging networks or decarbonisation programs (desirable)
