Growth Marketing Manager
We’re partnering with a well-established Australian property development and advisory business currently investing heavily in AI, CRM infrastructure, automation, and growth marketing capability.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role.
The position sits across growth marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, CRM optimisation, and business development support. The business is looking for someone highly hands-on who enjoys improving systems, driving pipeline growth, and leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster.

- Managing and optimising HubSpot across marketing and BD activity
- Building workflows, automations, customer journeys, and reporting structures
- Supporting sales enablement and pipeline growth initiatives
- Managing LinkedIn activity and digital collateral
- Managing bids/tenders design and writing process
- Using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve workflow efficiency and output
- Maintaining website content, CRM data quality, and marketing operations processes
- Supporting broader business development strategy and accountability across the team
- Strong hands-on HubSpot capability
- Experience across CRM, automation, growth marketing, or marketing operations
- AI-fluent with practical day-to-day usage of AI tools
- Commercially minded and proactive
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean marketing environment
- Happy balancing strategic improvement work with hands-on execution
