The Business
Our client is a leading consumer products business currently undergoing a significant period of transformation and operational change across the ANZ region. With a broad and established product portfolio, the business continues to invest in supply chain capability, process improvement and operational performance to support ongoing growth and future scalability. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment offering strong exposure across supply chain, operations and commercial functions.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Project Lead to join the business in a newly created role supporting a diverse portfolio of product launches, supply-led projects and operational initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and external partners, you will manage multiple concurrent projects including new product introductions, packaging updates, sourcing initiatives, product transitions, supply continuity activities and process improvements. The role will also support broader transformation activity across the business, including systems and operational change initiatives, making previous exposure to ERP environments or Microsoft Dynamics/D365 highly advantageous. This position requires strong coordination skills, commercial awareness and the ability to successfully manage launch timelines within a complex and deadline-driven environment.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will bring prior experience within supply chain project management, commercialisation, product launches or a related project-based environment within FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing or other fast-moving industries. You will have proven experience delivering multiple concurrent launches or change projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and navigating operational constraints to ensure critical timelines are achieved. Exposure to transformation programs, systems implementations or business change environments will be highly regarded. This role will suit somebody who is proactive, organised and adaptable, with a practical and solutions-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving business environment.
