The Role
This 12-month fixed-term contract will see you act as the planning SME for a major ERP implementation while supporting core supply and demand planning activities. Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations and the wider business, you will support UAT, process mapping, system validation, data migration and the successful transition of planning processes into a new ERP environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys combining hands-on planning responsibilities with systems, process improvement and transformation projects.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Supply & Demand Planner with strong end-to-end planning capability and previous exposure to ERP implementations, systems upgrades or business transformation initiatives. You'll have experience across both supply planning and demand planning, strong analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Exposure to UAT, process improvement, systems testing or planning system enhancements will be highly regarded, as will a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
