Digital Performance Specialist (Witchery)

Location: melbourne
Salary: $500 per day
Job Type: temporary
Digital Performance Specialist | 8 Week Contract | Melbourne

I'm partnering with a well-known retail brand to find a Digital Performance Specialist for an initial 8-week contract based in Melbourne (4 days office / 1 day WFH).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves being in platform, launching campaigns, optimising performance and driving results. Reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, you'll take ownership of paid activity across:
  • Meta
  • TikTok
  • Google Ads
  • Criteo
  • Affiliate channels
You'll manage both always-on and monthly campaign activity, using data and insights to continuously optimise performance and maximise return on spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid digital channels
  • Manage budgets, pacing and performance
  • Drive testing across audiences, creative, bidding and formats
  • Monitor results and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain campaign tracking, audience structures and platform hygiene
  • Partner with internal teams to support key campaign and trading periods
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in a hands-on digital performance role
  • Strong experience across Paid Social, Paid Search and/or Programmatic
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and TikTok platforms
  • Strong understanding of GA4, attribution and conversion tracking
  • Proven experience improving performance through testing and optimisation
  • Comfortable managing campaigns directly in platform, not just through agencies
This role is less about stakeholder management and more about execution. While you'll need a solid understanding of reporting and performance metrics, the priority is finding someone who can jump in, take ownership and deliver results from day one.

Immediate start available.
If you're available now, or know someone who could be a great fit, I'd love to hear from you. Apply or contact daniellem@sde.com.au
