The Role
This is a newly created Growth Optimisation Specialist position sitting within the digital team. The role focuses on improving end-to-end digital performance across website, content and customer journeys through data-led insight and experimentation. You will work closely with SEO agencies, paid media, content and UX teams to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse website and customer behaviour data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Plan, execute and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments
  • Improve landing pages, messaging and user journeys to increase conversion
  • Work with SEO, paid media and content teams to implement optimisation changes
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to monitor performance and generate insights
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements
  • Support continuous optimisation across high-traffic digital platforms
Must Haves
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, optimisation, CRO, SEO or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing or experimentation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders with insight
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to improving digital performance
