As the business continues to expand, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team.
About the role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities across both domestic and international operations. Working closely with warehousing, production, freight forwarders, transport providers and customers, you'll ensure products are delivered efficiently, inventory remains accurate, and import and export requirements are met.
This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of operational coordination, stakeholder management and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities across both domestic and international operations. Key responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating domestic and international freight movements, including import and export shipments.
- Liaising with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitoring transport performance, delivery schedules and freight costs.
- Managing logistics issues and implementing effective solutions to minimise operational disruption.
- Supporting inventory accuracy by coordinating stock movements alongside warehouse operations.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Ensuring products are dispatched accurately and in line with customer requirements.
- Maintaining compliance with import, export and customs regulations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes, service levels and operational efficiency.
- Building strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners.
We're looking for an organised and proactive logistics professional who enjoys working across a broad range of supply chain activities.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain coordination role within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of import and export documentation, international freight and customs processes.
- Experience coordinating warehousing, inventory and transport activities.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, along with warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
