The Business
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join a leading organisation on an initial 12-month contract. Working as part of a high-performing supply chain function, you'll play a key role in maintaining planning operations during a period of business transformation, supporting business continuity while contributing to process improvements across the planning function.
The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end planning activities, balancing demand, supply and inventory to ensure high service levels while supporting key stakeholders across the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage planning activities, identify supply risks, improve inventory performance and contribute to ongoing system and process initiatives. Previous exposure to ERP implementations or planning system enhancements would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Ideal Profile
To be successful, you'll have proven experience across supply and demand planning within a manufacturing, FMCG or similarly complex environment. You'll be confident working with ERP systems, possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, make an immediate impact and contribute during an exciting period of change.
